Everyone with whom we dealt was very friendly and courteous. The paper work on our new truck was ready within a week, which surprised some of our friends who had purchased vehicles at other dealerships and had to wait three or four weeks. Thank you to Kevin for explaining all the instruments on the truck.

I'm not a fan of dealerships because of insane add on fees to the final price. But I must say that Web Ford added on NO add on fees except were required by law. I will purchase my next car from them.
